WDC Wins Four Design Awards In National Competition

Wilmington Design Company brought home four prestigious awards in the 2014 American Graphic Design Awards. We received recognition for our graphic work for:

  • REDIX – Tailgate Prize Pack Giveaway (pictured below)
  • Atlantic Animal Hospital – Pet Rock C.A.R.E event poster
  • Design Workshop – direct mail postcard
  • Cape Fear Community College – President’s Report

Graphic Design USA has sponsored a national competition every year for over 50 years. The American Graphic Design Awards honor outstanding graphic design work across a variety of media. As the largest design competition in the country, over 8,000 submissions were entered with only an elite 15% recognized for the excellence of their work. WDC also received an award last year in GD USA’s American Graphic Design Awards for their work with Do Good Real Estate. “We were happy to be recognized in such a large and prestigious competition, not one but four times this year,” said Bill Hunter, President and Creative Director at WDC. “This publication features the best and most innovative firms in the industry and it is an honor to be among those for two consecutive years.” Our recognized works will be featured in the 2014 American Graphic Design Annual print magazine and distributed to a national audience. They will also be featured on the GDSA website and iPad app. For more information on the prestigious competition visit, www.gdusa.com

Madison’s passion for both digital marketing and sports officiating inspired us to take a closer look and share our findings.
