The Showcase of New Homes is a tool we created with the WCFHBA to raise awareness of 68 new homes that are participating in the 2020 Parade of Homes, an open house event. Our primary audiences were home buyers and real estate agents in the area.
We created a new website optimized for users’ desktop and mobile journeys that displays 68 (+/-) new homes. We wanted users to be able to search by area or by home specifics so they could easily narrow their results.
We also developed a marketing strategy and budget recommendations to drive targeting traffic to the new website to raise awareness of the homes as well as generate leads and interest.
Set up new website tracking and analysis tools as well as Google Data Studio reports using conversion and third party metrics to measure our goals.
