The City of Fayetteville, NC is a historic area located in the sandhills region of southeastern North Carolina and is the 6th largest city in the state of North Carolina. Most commonly known as the home of Fort Bragg, one of the largest military bases in the world, Fayetteville is a thriving and diverse community with an up-and-coming downtown area. Within Fayetteville, there’s a wealth of lively entertainment for veterans, families, and young adults. Local adventures include patriotic landmarks, art and history museums, fine dining, year-round festivals, and a wide range of nature experiences. And with a great central location, it’s just a day trip away from beaches, mountains, and the state capital.

Because of Fayetteville’s steadily growing population, new home communities and businesses are popping up left and right. Our client Caviness and Cates, a local long-standing builder in Fayetteville since 1999, needed a way for homebuyers to search by map view or move-in ready homes, so we built them a website that accomplished this. We focused on adapting and refining their web strategy to stay ahead of the constantly changing homebuilding market and overall digital landscape.

To meet the overall goals of Caviness & Cates we used a multi-channel marketing approach to finding new qualified potential customers. Our efforts included email marketing, paid Facebook marketing, and regular SEO work to ensure good positions in search engines. Our WDC team designed a plan to increase awareness in the NC and SC home builder markets, Improve web experience with interactive floor plans, Increase usability with responsive design, Enhance customer relationships, Engage the audience with digital marketing campaigns, and Improve conversion rates with CRM integration.

With a ton of time spent on research and testing, we were able to make some noticeable improvements to the user experience and interface of the Caviness & Cates website. With interactive floor plans, new tools, and engagement opportunities, we’ve achieved some impressive results. By implementing Facebook lead ads into our strategy, we’ve also been able to help solve the dilemma of capturing highly qualified leads.
