Frequently Asked Questions

My phone/computer is not able to connect to the internet

Be sure you have an internet connection by visiting a webpage you have never visited before. If that works, try restarting your phone/computer. If you are still having issues, contact us.

Someone I’ve routinely emailed is now bouncing my emails

This happens because blacklisting is usually carried out via algorithm, and that algorithm doesn’t take into consideration emailing habits or the length of emailing history between the two accounts. Usually, the person whose mailbox is bouncing the email will need to either safe-list your address or that person will need to contact their provider to have you delisted.

I’m not receiving email from someone specific

Be sure they are spelling your email address correctly and that they are not letting their autocomplete fill it out (sometimes your address is wrong in their address book and autocomplete will use that incorrect email address).
