The Wine Merchant - Email Marketing
The Wine Merchant has been a leading retailer of wine and beer in Raleigh metro for over 30 years. Aside from simply selling goods, the company strives to educate its customers through seminars, wine tastings, internet features, and excellent customer service.
To help promote such an array of offerings, The Wine Merchant began using an email provider to send updates to their over 3,000 loyal customers and subscribers. Unfortunatly, with their previous platform, they were only recieving single-digit click throughs on their mail outs.
When the client reached out to WDC to revamp their email marketing, we were able to provide them with a custom template using our FetchMail System. FetchMail allows the client to easily view open rate, bounce rate, and subcribers reached, enabling them to modify new articles for optimum feedback.
