Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty - Topsail Island Advertising Campaign
Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty was seeking to raise awareness of their Topsail Island offices through advertisements, listings, and online banner ads. The goal was to not only to highlight their office locations, but also to showcase what a beautiful and active area Topsail Island is.
Working closely with resident agents, WDC came up with a series of advertisements focused on the feeling of discovering Topsail Island as a place to invest in for Real Estate. The tranquility of the island was represented by bold graphics, coastal colors, and complimented by the main underlying theme of “Discover Topsail Island.” In addition, custom copyrighting was commissioned to bring attention to the benefits of the Island, agent experience and real estate opportunities.
