We have a team of talented designers and developers who absolutely love
what they do! Each designer brings a variety of talents, passions and
experiences to the table. Our team has over 40 years combined experience,
creating individual design solutions that promote brands, products and
services. We cultivate meaningful connections with our customers and
believe that honest business and innovative design go hand in hand.
Bill Hunter
Bill Hunter
Creative Director/President
Bill learned the value of
great design at an early age. He has been adding
his creative flair to a wide variety of professional
and personal projects for as long as he can remember.
He attended the School of Design at North Carolina
State University and started his business career
in Wilmington in the early nineties. After many
years as a successful entrepreneur, he founded
Wilmington Design Company in 2003.
Rebecca Reich
Rebecca Reich
Designer/Creative Coordinator
Rebecca joined Wilmington Design in 2005 as a Creative
Coordinator. Her talents were used to help build and
grow relationships with many of our valued clients.
She is now responsible for creating and managing a
wide variety of advertising and interactive content.
Originally from the Raleigh area, she relocated to
Wilmington after graduating from the University
of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Carolyn Pikoulas
Carolyn Pikoulas
Graphic/Interactive Designer
Carolyn joined Wilmington Design
in 2007 as a graphic designer. She uses her talent
and work experience from newspapers, magazine
publishing and illustration to create original
print collateral, identities and interactive content.
She is a graduate of Columbus College of Art & Design
with a BFA in Illustration. A native of Erie,
Pennsylvania, she now resides in Wilmington and
is happy to leave her snow tires up north.
Gregg Moore
Gregg Moore
Senior Web Designer/Developer
Gregg joined Wilmington Design in June of 2007.
He brings over 20 years of programming and development experience
to create advanced, yet easy to use, interactive solutions for the
web. He has a unique understanding of technology and design and works
closely with our creative team to covert complex designs into ultra-functional
websites. An Ohio native, Gregg has called Wilmington home for the
last 10 years.
Matt Craig
Matt Craig
Web Programmer/Developer
Matt joined our web development team in October and he brings a wealth of experience to the WDC group. Matt has many, many years of programming and application developing experience, his talents will be used to expand our current range of web services including: our content management platform, custom web applications, e commerce and CRM. He is a self described Linux nut and really enjoys solving unique problems that require creative thought.

Web Programmer
Cameron joined Wilmington Design in June 2008.
He uses his talents as a programmer and designer to advance web projects.
He is an outstanding addition to our programming team and is particularly
well-suited to work in a place that shares his enthusiasm for technology.
He holds an AAS degree in internet technologies and has recently relocated
to the Wilmington area from Morehead City, NC.

Marketing Manager
Keith joined Wilmington Design in January 2009
and is the newest member of our team. Keith's duties include promoting
the company's professional graphic design, web development and advertising
services. Keith has over 13 years experience in advertising, marketing
and sales, working with local and national clients such as Carolina
Ale House, Carolina Cobras Arena Football, Dunkin Donuts, Dick's Sporting
Goods, New Castle Beer, Sprite and Fred Anderson Toyota.

Office Manager/Paperwork 2.0 Specialist
Highly creative and organized, Kim is responsible for streamlining our accounting and maintaining our work flow. She has years of business experience as
a successful entrepreneur. She holds a degree in Studio Art from the University at North Carolina at Wilmington and has called Wilmington home for over
20 years.
