Congratulations to Ashton Place, a Brookside Homes community, which recently won two MAX! Awards from the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association. Ashton Place took home awards for Best Print Ads in a New Home Community and Best Model Home Under 2200 sq ft. The MAX! Awards are about Marketing Achievement Excellence - recognizing the best in media, marketing and advertising tools promoting new home sales. The awards banquet was held on February 19, 2009 at the Landfall Country Club.
