WDC at the Children's Museum Feeding Friend-zy 2010

February 23, 2010 | Posted by Carolyn Pikoulas
If you happened to be in downtown Wilmington this past Saturday, you might have wondered if Halloween came early this year. Many people were dressed up in costumes to help celebrate the Wilmington Children's Museum's annual fundraiser, Feeding Friend-zy Gala. Every year, this much-anticipated event is supported by local businesses to raise money for the museum to continue their mission of helping children explore the arts, sciences, culture and world around us.

WDC was honored to be a guest at the event, and as you can see, we had an enjoyable time.

It was a fun time for all. The evening started at one of several themed parties, created by individual businesses and organizations. There were African drummers, Mad Men and martinis, political figures, Flintstones, and a few hardcore bikers. The party continued in the courtyard with a DJ and dancing. An acoustic band, silent auction, free photo booth and desserts were also available throughout the night.

The event has raised money to support the museum's programs and exhibits. WDC is proud to be involved with the completion of their new website that will continue to support the mission of the Children's Museum. Testimonials

We hired Wilmington Design Co. to design a logo for our practice. We were pleasingly surprised when we received a page of logos for us to choose from very quickly and much faster than we ever expected.
