Willets Properties has retained the services of Wilmington Design Company to manage marketing for Willetts Properties and all its new home communities. Wilmington Design, located in Wilmington, NC, is a full service advertising company that specializes in marketing new home communities. They will evaluate the individual communities and develop an overall marketing strategy for each based on a broad range of factors including: location, style of homes, price range, potential amenities, target market, and scope of the project. The analysis will yield a method for reaching each target market through print advertising, web/interactive, search engine optimization (SEO), PR/local press, TV and radio, and onsite sales materials. By controlling the placement and frequency of the specified mediums, we will maximize each of the communities’ visibility and drive traffic.
