FTP INSTRUCTIONS :
Please read before clicking the ftp icon on the left.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DISABLED YOUR POP-UP BLOCKER
Then click the ftp link on the left a new browser window will open. Depending on your specific browser and version - you should see a smaller window to enter a user name and password. You should then be able to "drag and drop" your files.
