The website for Coldwell Banker Advantage’s Real Estate Owned Property branch (CBA-REO) has launched!

The client was so pleased with the result of their Team Fayetteville website that they once again enlisted the services of Wilmington Design Company to create a new website focusing on the sale of bank-owned, auctioned, foreclosed, and short sale properties.

Because the site encompasses many aspects of the REO market and will be used for buyers, sellers and agents alike, WDC worked closely with the client to develop an end result that was user-friendly for both navigation and management. Our team created an organized menu layout and designed call-out graphics to optimize site browsing. Call out graphics such as the homepage quick search allow visitors to narrow down foreclosure and short sales listings by property type, location, and price. Other conveniences include a member log-in area, where visitors can create an account to save their preferred listings, receive exclusive property photos, virtual tours, additional property info and location maps.

Further simplifying search for site visitors is our FETCH IDX search engine. FETCH IDX is equipped to access multiple listing databases and pull them onto the site, establishing it as a convenient resource for REO homes.

In addition to IDX, the website is also equipped with our FETCH Admin, which allows the client to easily manage site content behind the scenes. Using customized modules within the admin, the client can edit agent profiles, company news and information, the FAQ page, and upload PDF forms.
