As you are no doubt aware, internet usage continues to grow by leaps and bounds. To keep pace with this demand, we are excited to announce that we have added a brand new dedicated server that features dramatic improvements in processing power, storage, memory and bandwidth.

Our new dedicated server is located at a state of the art facility in Dallas Texas. This secure facility host data for some of the largest businesses in the world. The central location offers best-in-class performance, reliability, and security.

In addition the new server has been configured with the latest Intel Clovertown multi core processors delivering major increases in speed. To keep pace with the ever-growing digital demands, such as photos, video and email, we have double our storage capacity and more than tripled the available bandwidth.

To make sure your data is safe the server is monitored 24 hours a day – 7 days a week by support specialists at the Dallas data center. In addition we deploy a RAID 1 configuration at the server level that duplicates all of the data to a secondary drive. We are also backing up all of the site data from the Texas server, to a local server at our Wilmington NC office.

We are excited to have the new server online and running at peak performance. This new hardware addition will allow us to continue to server millions and millions of monthly page views as well as deliver emails and other communications.
