Last night, we were honored to be invited to a Special Opening of Premier Homes’ Dream Street model home collection at The Village at Mott’s Landing. This new active-adult community, located within Wilmington, is of exceptional quality and value. Featuring 5 beautifully furnished models, the event was packed with great guests, food and beverages. Antonio’s Pizza & Pasta Restaurant catered the event with an elaborate spread of hors d’oeuvres and desserts.

We had an excellent time and were very impressed with the quality of homes. The Floridian models, Captiva and Escalante, were especially impressive. We encourage everyone to visit the models today!
